Job Summary

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Document Processing Associate position! This is a 4 month contract opportunity and will be onsite in Buffalo New York. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

What Youll Be Doing:

Complete basic data matching of documents based on agency guidelines or custodial agreements.
Match the data on the Document Custody tracking system to original documents.
Upload data to the tracking system for reporting and tracking of file movement and storage.
Determine if a document is an original or copy and update the tracking system accordingly.
Follow basic review criteria according to established procedures.
Update the tracking system with exceptions found or addressed as documents are reviewed.
Efficiently lift and transport boxes weighing up to 35 pounds ensuring accurate handling and placement according to operational requirements.
Maintain meticulous organization by filing documents accurately and timely supporting seamless retrieval and archival processes.

What Youll Need to Have:

Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) experience.
Detail oriented.
Self-motivated able to work independently.
Document processing/filing experience preferred.
Able to lift 30 - 50 pounds stand for long periods of time and climb on a ladder or stool as needed for filing.

Pay Rate:$18-$21/hr
