JOB SUMMARY:
Our dynamic Ethos Sales Team is looking for a full-time entry-level Business Development Representative Account Specialist (REMOTE) to be the first point of contact in our customer success journey engaging with delinquent requestors through calls and emails. Your goal is to gather feedback and generate new business through qualifying leads and setting appointments for our Account Managers.
No prior sales experience No problem. We are looking for driven individuals with the right mindset-coachability persistence and strong communication skills. This position offers a structured training program rapid career advancement and unlimited earning potential providing a clear path to transition into an Account Manager role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect & Engage: Reach out to delinquent clients via phone email and social channels to generate new business opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Discuss negative and positive feedback verify client needs and liaise with the appropriate Account Manager
- Follow Up & Nurture: Keep conversations going with potential clients to build relationships and move deals forward.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts interactions and pipeline progress in Salesforce.
- Set Meetings: Schedule discovery calls between qualified prospects and our Account Managers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field (preferred). Recent and upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: Previous business development experience (plus).
WHAT WE OFFER:
- $40K base uncapped commission with average of $7-$15k in your first year.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This role is 100% remote and requires working hours from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. This role requires a dedicated workspace with reliable internet. The role involves prolonged periods of sitting operating a computer and communicating via phone and email.
