Shift Information
First Shift/Days - 5:00am - 5:00pm
- 3/2/2 Schedule (Work 3 days on 2 days off work 2 days) - 12 hour shifts
- Must be willing to work overtime
- Occasional weekend shifts required
Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using our proven tracking systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement process improvements.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Job Requirements
Education
- HS Diploma /GED or equivalent
Experience
- 1 year of proven experience in equipment maintenance preferably in a manufacturing environment
Skills
- Strong understanding of mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
