Job Summary

Job Title: Equipment Validation Engineer
Location: Green Valley AZ USA
Employment Type: Temporary (10 Months)
Work Model: Onsite
Shift Options:
Standard Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
9/80 Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM-4:30 PM & Every Other Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Skills Required: Creo MS Office Packaging

Typical Day / Work Environment
Planning tests executing validation data acquisition documentation
Daily collaboration with engineers mechanics operators technicians supply chain and logistics
Team includes 3 team leaders and multiple senior/junior engineers
Work is 80% on your feet in the shop or field; PPE required (boots glasses uniform)
Plan execute and document machine-level testing
Research design develop manufacture and test mechanical devices
Analyze customer design proposals and specifications
Investigate equipment failures and recommend maintenance actions
Assist drafters with structural design using CAD tools

Education Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering (required)
No 2-year degrees accepted
Masters degree candidates are considered overqualified

Experience Requirements
2-4 years of relevant experience (internships count)
Acceptable comparable backgrounds: mechanic construction landscaping

Technical Skills
Troubleshooting (required)
CAD experience (required)
Data acquisition (desired)
Ability to read blueprints schematics and technical drawings
Skilled in sketching engineering drawings and computations
