Overview of the role:

As the Betting Lead you will be responsible for translating complex and different customer and market inputs into actionable product and value proposition initiatives for SEU markets (France Portugal and Spain). You will work in close partnership with the SEU Commercial teams and the Betting Product team in Italy which manages the core infrastructure of the Betting product across all Brands and Countries within Flutter SEA to define and drive the local product roadmap.

What youll do:

• Gather customer needs for the Betting product by using insights from commercial functions interactions with end customers. Define product and value proposition requirements tailored to individual markets and verticals.

• Share the product requirements with the Flutter SEA Betting Team to evaluate feasibility assess potential risks and define detailed implementation actions and timelines ensuring alignment with the overall product master plan.

• Design and establish promotional levels and value allocations for each customer segment and market ensuring alignment with overall commercial strategy and driving engagement and retention.

• Analyse local market trends and player data to generate strategic insights that support Customer Value Management across different countries as well as marketing planning and commercial decision-making.

• Ensure product compliance with local licensing and regulatory standards by validating requirements managing regulatory relationships supporting audit documentation monitoring post-launch adherence and flagging deviations to Legal.

• Manage and lead regular performance review meetings that encompass risk metrics trading performance and operational metrics to ensure targets are met and risks are mitigated effectively.

• Own the delivery of a fully localized sports betting product experience for each territory including native language support culturally relevant content and tailored betting markets aligned with local preferences.

• Collaborate with regional marketing product and technology teams to ensure promotions user interfaces and communications are relevant and resonate with local player behavior and expectations.

What youll bring:

• Strong expertise in product management project governance change management and analytics with experience in the Betting or iGaming industry considered a plus.

• Ability to define and implement product roadmaps balancing market demands commercial objectives and technical feasibility and regulatory constraints.

• Proven analytical skills to interpret market trends player behavior and competitive dynamics turning insights into actionable product management actions.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and licensing standards in SEU and European markets ensuring product compliance.

• Excellent stakeholder management presentation and negotiation skills; ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
