Job Summary

Job Summary:

Provide assistance with the recruiting advising and administrative initiatives of the Universitys football program. Provide instruction and coaching to an assigned area while monitoring the academic athletic and emotional development of student athletes.

Essential Functions:

30% Provide instruction to athletes regarding specific football techniques for the purpose of preparing and developing the players on special teams.

25% Assist with the recruitment initiatives of the department by encouraging talented student athletes to enroll in the Universitys football program.

25% Monitor and promotes the academic progress of student with the football programs public relations and fundraising initiatives.

10% Coordinate numerous practices meetings summer camps summer jobs and other special activities necessary for executing a successful football program.

10% Established and enforces departmental policies while collaborating with coaches and staff to implement new game plans and developmental programs.

Additional Position Information:

Education:

Requires a Bachelors degree.

Experience:

Requires a minimum of 1 year experience coaching or playing football at the Collegiate level and/or as a Head Coach at the High School communication and motivational skills of NCAA rules including eligibility and recruiting rules and regulations preferred.
