Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to our clients inHartland MI. This role involves assisting clients with their daily living activities ensuring their comfort safety and well-being in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
- Help with mobility and transferring as needed to ensure client safety.
- Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as required.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Report any changes in clients conditions or concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Follow care plans and company policies to deliver consistent personalized care.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting and assisting clients.
- Reliable compassionate and patient with a strong commitment to client care.
- Ability to pass background checks and comply with company policies.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred.
