Job Description

Navitas Partners LLC is seeking an experienced Security Architect / Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to support enterprise information security initiatives. This role focuses on implementing integrating and operationalizing security technologies with a strong emphasis on automation and identity services. The consultant will contribute to security architecture solution design and strategic planning to ensure secure deployment of systems across the organization.

Scope of Work

• Support identity and access management functions including SSO MFA Active Directory and application access configurations.

• Develop automation and integration across various security and enterprise IT tools.

• Plan design develop and implement enterprise-level security solutions aligned with business goals.

• Deploy and manage countermeasures for known threats; establish strategies to mitigate emerging risks.

• Ensure consistent application of security controls across applications infrastructure and data.

• Protect organizational data and technology services through proactive monitoring and secure engineering practices.

Required Skills (Ranked by Importance)

• 5 years of identity & access management experience including identity governance access control SSO MFA and directory services

• 5 years of experience with logging monitoring and reporting systems

• 5 years of automation development using Python Bash or similar scripting tools

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals concepts and best practices

• 5 years of experience with Linux and Windows environments including security configurations

• 5 years of experience with network security protocols standards and procedures

• Experience supporting large-scale IT environments or enterprise-level deployments

Required Education / Certifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Information Security or related field
  OR

• 8 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree

Preferred Certifications

• CISSP CISA CISO or equivalent advanced security certification

• CEH OSCP GPEN or other security-related certifications

• Vendor certifications in SIEM or logging technologies
