Job Opening: Automobile Technician

About the Company:

Our client is a leading Indian multinational ride-sharing company with operations in various business verticals including financial services and cloud kitchens.

Role: Automobile Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction
Greet and assist customers with courtesy and professionalism
Verify service requests and capture customer feedback
Communicate repair updates to customers

Diagnosis and Repair
Analyze and diagnose scooters for necessary repairs
Update diagnosis reports in the Workshop Management System
Perform repairs and final inspections based on customer requirements

System Management
Track customer complaints and update the system in real-time
Operate Workshop Management System and ensure full adherence
Update operational status and ETA in CRM and WMS systems
Monitor scooter health in the Telematics Command Centre

Technical Expertise
Possess in-depth knowledge of OLA scooters
Ability to repair and replace all scooter parts
Stay updated on OLA technical curriculum and EV news

Process Adherence
Ensure adherence to processes at the Experience Centre
Handle invoicing and payment collections
Maintain service bays and ensure serviceability

Parts Management
Audit inventory and ensure system and physical inventory match
Perform GRN and maintain inventory at the Experience Centre
Manage warranty part reverse logistics to the main workshop

Safety and Compliance
Adhere to uniform and protective gear requirements
Properly handle tool kits and use protective gear during repairs
Ensure availability of fire-fighting equipment

Requirements

Requirements:

Only male candidates
Minimum qualification: 12th pass/diploma/ITI/graduation/post-graduation
Minimum experience: 6 months in the automobile service sector

Benefits

Salary: CTC per month including PF ESIC Incentive
