Job Summary
JOB OVERVIEW
Operate and monitor factory equipment such as extruders milling machines packaging machines boilers and forklifts.
Ensure that machinery operates efficiently and safely during production runs.
Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of equipment to prevent breakdowns.
Adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures at all times.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the maintenance team.
Maintain accurate operational records and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Technical Operator in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of factory safety protocols and operational procedures.
HND in Mechanical Engineering or related field is an advantage.
Ability to operate multiple types of machinery safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail problem-solving skills and teamwork.
