Job Summary

What youll do

Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts; drive high performance and professional development.

Build maintain and present robust financial models forecasts budgets and scenario analyses.

Deliver actionable financial insights to support investment decisions project feasibility and strategic planning.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external financing partners (banks NBFIs) on funding and due diligence.

Monitor market and economic trends to inform business strategy and risk mitigation.

Improve FP&A processes reporting and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Prepare clear executive-level reports and presentations for senior management and investors.

Requirements

Bachelors in Finance Accounting Economics or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

8 years of relevant FP&A/real estate finance experience.

Proven leadership and team-management experience.

Advanced financial modeling forecasting and Excel skills; familiarity with ERP/BI tools a plus.

Strong commercial acumen presentation ability and stakeholder management skills.

Highly organized detail-oriented and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
