Starting Pay: $19-23 per hour

Schedule: M-F 6am until finish

Position Summary:

Responsible for setting and achieving daily production goals.

Essential Functions:

• Manages Seafood line and monitors raw material to cut shop to ensure correct usage.

• Ensures all raw material employees are properly scanning boxes and using proper PPE.

• Communicates with Production Manager on staffing needs.

• Works with peers to ensure production flow remains efficient.

• Enforces company policies.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge / Skills / Experience:

• 3 years of USDA production leadership experience.

• Proficient in yield management

• Basic computer knowledge.
