Key Responsibilities:
- Complete and manage MDS assessments and care planning
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Monitor documentation to optimize reimbursement and resident outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Licensed RN or LPN in the state of Ohio
- Previous MDS experience preferred
