Offering $43.00 - $60.00/hr $10000 Sign-On Bonus $15000 Relocation assistance
Occupational Therapist Opportunity:
- Full-Time Permanent Direct-Hire
- Schedule: Day Shift

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care by evaluating the needs of each patient and creating a personalized treatment plans to provide optimal recovery
- Collaborate with physicians nursing staff and the rehab team in other departments to a cohesive care plan among the team
- Provide therapeutic treatment to assist patients in their bodily autonomy to perform meaningful everyday tasks
Occupational Therapist Qualifications:
- Grauate from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
- Valid OT License in the State of Arizona
- Must have BLS Certification
- Previous Occupational Therapy experience required
