Skills and Competencies
4 years of experience in full stack development with a focus on AL/ML GenAI and LLM technologies.
Hands-on experience with AI applications including LLM implementations retrieval-augmented generation prompt optimization and fine-tuning methodologies
Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges
Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use
Familiarity with Python for collaborating on machine learning workflows
Education
Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field

We are seeking a dedicated Software Engineer to join our Application Development Team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and developing innovative applications for process automation and improvement using latest AI/LLM models. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact while working closely with a dynamic team.
Contribute significantly to a team dedicated to designing developing and implementing applications that automate and improve processes
Develop LLM apps and AI agents with retrieval-augmented generation prompt optimization fine-tuning and reinforcement learning
Work with engineers product managers and operations leads to build tools and applications that meet coding documentation and design standards
Participate in internal/cross-team meetings contribute to requirements gathering scope definition decision making and technical documentation
Innovate design and develop extensible and reusable applications to specification
Work with multiple technologies and produce quality code; participate in unit/peer testing
Contribute to UI design/development database design and the deployment/installation of components and services
Assist in troubleshooting and enhancing existing applications
