WHO YOULL WORK WITH
This role is within the Nike Direct Retail Brand Marketing Pacific team and reports directly into the Senior Manager Nike Direct Retail Brand/Experience. The role collaborates closely with the Senior Run/Train & Sportswear/Other Retail Brand/Experience team and the Visual Merchandising & Styling (VMS) team to sharpen in-store and activation consumer journey and experience.
You will be part of a team that also collaborates daily with the NSP (Nike Stores Partner) & NVS (Nike Value Stores) account teams sport led brand marketing teams digital brand teams all with the goal to tell amazing stories deliver impactful experiences and increase awareness and sales in the marketplace.
Additional key internal partners in Pacific include Demand and Supply Management and Operations teams as well as colleagues across Asia-Pacific Latin America (APLA) geography. External partnerships include Nike Store Partner team creative agencies suppliers and vendors.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail marketing and/or brand marketing visual merchandising or similar experience.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Visual Merchandising or related field.
- A strong understanding of the sport consumer shopping behaviours retail journeys and retail trends.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with proven ability to juggle between the detail and big picture while managing multiple and competing projects and priorities.
- Strong knowledge and interest in retail trends and innovations.
WHAT YOULL WORK ON
As the Retail Brand/Experience Lead for Pacific you will support the Senior Manager in developing and executing holistic sport-led marketing plans for our Nike Stores fleetincluding Nike Stores Partnered (NSP) and Nike Value Stores (NVS).
Youll play a key role in translating strategic direction into actionable plans ensuring that every store & activation delivers premium product storytelling service and experiences that engage consumers and drive business results.
- Support the Senior Manager in the development and execution of seasonal and ongoing marketing plans for the Nike Stores fleet across Pacific.
- Lead the account marketing plan implementation and execution for NVS stores with support from the Senior Rn/Train & Sportswear/Other Brand Experience team when required ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to deliver compelling product stories and enhance the consumer journey in-store and at activations.
- Adapt and operationalise global/geo retail marketing directives tools and playbooks tailoring them to local market needs and insights.
- Partner with Store teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand experiences and support fleet expansion and elevation.
- Manage project timelines budgets and reporting for assigned initiatives.
