You will become part of the JD Integrated Account Team and you will be the connector between sales merchandising marketing operations finance and the Account buying team working together to deliver growth profitability and market share gain.

Were hiring for two exciting roles within Sales; based on your experience youll report to either the Sales Sr Manager or Sales Director (details to be shared in the first round of interviews).

Were looking for a passionate results-driven sales leader with strong analytical skills deep consumer and product understanding and the ability to build trusted relationships with key this role youll commercially lead part of our JD Sports business in Europeplanning the account strategy and driving partner management to deliver growth and profitability.For external candidates former sales experience in retail/ fashion is a must.
You Will:
Lead cross-functional delivery of seasonal plans to maximize sell-in opportunities.
Drive net revenue and contribution by managing the end-to-end business with excellence.
Travel to the UK and across Europe to engage with partners explore the marketplace and stay ahead of trends and consumer needs.

WHAT YOULL WORK ON
In this role youll drive a key part of JDs businesssuch as Womens Footwear or Equipmentaligned with Nike strategies to achieve seasonal sales goals. Youll combine strategic planning with hands-on execution to deliver growth and marketplace excellence.
Your Responsibilities:
Plan JDs business through accurate forecasts and scenario planning leveraging category consumer and marketplace insights.
Develop seasonal assortments based on merchandising frameworks ensuring smooth product flow and optimizing in-season trading and replenishment.
Lead marketplace execution: deliver best-in-class product and story presentation across digital and physical retail aligned with One Nike Marketplace strategy.
Drive net revenue and contribution by managing the end-to-end business with excellence.
Solve problems proactively and elevate team performance in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Collaborate on sell-in and co-own the end-to-end showroom experience working closely with office admin and cross-functional partners to create an exceptional partner experience.
Represent Nike consistently in the marketplacethrough retail visits staff training and competitor analysiswithin T&E budget.
