As a Junior End User Support at SatoshiLabs youll help our colleagues with everyday technical topics from onboarding newcomers to solving various IT-related issues with their laptops VPNs printers OS updates etc.

What youll do
Take part in the onboarding of newcomers handing over hardware credentials explaining best practices etc.
Support colleagues with day-to-day technical topics such as:
setup configuration and maintenance of laptops
ensuring devices meet internal security standards
assistance with macOS / Linux
managing user accounts and permissions
helping with common IT issues (VPN printers network access etc.)
Over time you may also get the opportunity to support senior colleagues on selected tasks as part of your growth
About you
You have good knowledge of macOS (hands-on experience with configuration troubleshooting and user settings)
Linux knowledge is a plus
You are user-oriented and enjoy helping people on a daily basis
Strong technical thinking and a problem-solving mindset
Willing to come to the office at least 23 days per week
English B2 (spoken & written)
Experience with macOS MDM is beneficial
Previous IT support / helpdesk experience is nice to have
