What Youll Do
- Support SMB clients via chat email and phone
- Assist with digital advertising campaigns and platform usage
- Provide pre- and post-sales support
- Troubleshoot technical issues (ads delivery platform bugs)
- Identify growth opportunities and optimize client performance
- Share product feedback with internal teams
Requirements
- Russian (C2) and English (C1)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-first mindset with empathy
- Ability to manage and de-escalate complex situations
- Basic computer skills (advanced skills are a plus)
