We are seeking a Manufacturing IT Leader to drive process improvement and operational efficiency by leveraging Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite - Mandatory) and SAP B1 (Business One A Plus ) ERP solutions within established lines of business. This role will focus on optimizing and enhancing manufacturing supply chain and financial processes while ensuring ERP system reliability integration and alignment with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing ERP management process improvement and digital transformation to support scalable and efficient operations.



In addition to leading ERP strategy for the new business lines this role may oversee smaller ERP solutions acquired through recent acquisitions. These systems will be phased out over time and responsibilities will include managing relationships with third-party managed service providers (MSPs) ensuring service quality and optimizing costs to maintain business continuity until migration to standardized ERP platforms is complete. This is a critical leadership role that requires a strategic mindset hands-on ERP expertise and a strong ability to drive change in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimization & Digital Transformation
Analyze and improve manufacturing supply chain and financial processes through ERP-driven solutions.
Identify inefficiencies and implement automation standardization and best practices to enhance productivity.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows reduce waste and improve operational agility.
Drive data-driven decision-making by optimizing ERP reporting analytics and dashboards.
Ensure ERP solutions align with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.

ERP Strategy & Optimization
Oversee the daily operations enhancement and governance of Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) and SAP B1 (Business One) ERP .
Evaluate and implement new ERP functionalities integrations and customizations to meet evolving business needs.
Develop and enforce ERP usage standards data governance policies and reporting frameworks.
Ensure system reliability security and compliance with industry regulations.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with ERP vendors consultants and third-party support providers.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal IT policies.
Monitor vendor performance against SLAs ensuring timely system support updates and enhancements.
Establish and maintain communication channels with vendors for troubleshooting escalations and system improvements.
Ensure vendors comply with security best practices data protection policies and regulatory requirements.
Track ERP-related expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities through vendor negotiations or service consolidation.

Project & Change Management
Lead ERP implementation migration and integration projects ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Develop project plans timelines and resource strategies to support business objectives.
Manage change control processes and user adoption strategies to maximize ERP ROI.
Ensure cross-functional alignment between IT operations finance and leadership teams.

User Training & Support
Provide hands-on training and knowledge-sharing to end users ensuring ERP adoption and proficiency.
Develop user-friendly documentation and best practices for ERP usage.
Act as the liaison between IT manufacturing teams and leadership to translate business needs into ERP solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in information systems industrial engineering business administration or a related field.
5 years of experience managing Oracle and/or SAP ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise in process improvement lean manufacturing and digital transformation.
Experience with other manufacturing ERP is a plus.
Experience with ERP integrations automation and reporting tools.
Knowledge of EDI MES shop floor automation and data analytics is a plus.
Strong project management change management and leadership skills.
Excellent problem-solving communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
