Job Description Summary
The Administrative Assistant & Facilities Specialist is expected to ensure smooth office functioning assist project and engineering teams and manage administrative tasks with efficiency and addition to support the management and maintenance of GEV Grid automation offices and integration facilities in Saudi Arabia ensuring that workspaces are safe efficient compliant and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams and contractors to ensure smooth day-to-day facility operations.
Job Description
What you will do:
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for functional managers.
- Assist in preparing presentations and management reports
- Organize and maintain office supplies equipment and procurement needs.
- Manage day-to-day office operations including filing correspondence and document control.
- Support the daily operation of office and facility maintenance scheduling
- Coordinate and monitor repairs inspections and servicing of equipment utilities and building systems (HVAC electrical fire safety etc.).
- Maintain facility-related records documentation permits and maintenance logs.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
- Contribute to EHS plan operation department development & unit continuous improvements
- Follow GE compliance Policies (The Spirit and The Letter) and promote open reporting
What youll bring:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
- 3 years of administrative experience.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to document MOMs plan and follow up actions.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Speaks Arabic & English fluently.

- Experience in engineering construction or technical industries is an advantage.
- Experience in Facilities management
- Project Management skills
- Has a proactive approach towards challenges.
