Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Full stack Enterprise Applications Architect (Lead Digital Architect ) to technically lead high-performing engineering teams in building scalable secure and innovative Enterprise grade Applications. This role involves technical leadership developing people and strategic collaboration to align engineering efforts with business join ourInformatics &Connected Worksite -CAT IT Team.

The preference for this role is to be based out of Chennai - Brigade World Trade Center & Bangalore PSN office-KA -India

What You Will Do:

• Drive the design development and deployment of robust software systems aligned with organisational objectives.
• Support project planning resource allocation and performance tracking to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Implement and optimise engineering processes tools and infrastructure for efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure adherence to architectural standards security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Provide technical guidance in Java Services Angular/React Web frontend cloud platforms (AWS) microservices and DevOps practices.
• Support career development of technical people and recruitment efforts.
• Collaborate with product managers UX designers and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deli

What You Will Have:

• 10 years of Enterprise software product development experience with strong coding and architectural skills.
• 5 years of experience working in Application development involving multiple agile teams and driving technical decisions.
• Proficient in Java Angular/React cloud services (AWS/Azure) CI/CD and modern architectural patterns.
• Strong understanding of data structures algorithms and application security.
• Experience with messaging systems (Kafka Azure Service Bus etc.) and API tools (Bruno/Postman Swagger).
• Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong proficiency inJava JavaScript with hands-on experience inJava/ReactandAngular.
• Proficiency in web technologies like HTML5 CSS3 etc.
• Exposure to Quality Assurance standards and Unit Testing/End to end testing technologies.
• Exposure to containerisation technologies like Docker and ECS or Kubernetes.
• Willing to work in EAME Shift (1PM to 10PM IST)
• This position requires candidate to work a 5-day -a -week schedule in the office

Provides IT architecture solutions based on business and technical requirements.
Creates cohesive IT architecture applications for information and platforms.

Directs the discussion of issues and considerations for adopting an open architecture.

Platform Architecture: Knowledge of technologies and methods to design processing mechanisms and roadmaps to execute business application systems; ability to design these roadmaps and deploy supportive interfaces for end-users to access related systems in accordance with standards and processes.
Level Extensive Experience:
Monitors the compliance of platform architecture processes and standards and alignment with business objectives.
Guides less experienced platform architects on the techniques and approaches used in design processes.
Advises others on providing high quality deliverables of platform architectural roadmaps to fully satisfy client needs.
Recommends improvements to the effectiveness and efficiency of platform modeling standard processes.
Teaches cross-team technology members about their roles and responsibilities associated with allocating resources to various platforms.
Resolves moderately complex issues that occur in platform modeling and roadmaps design processes.

Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools methods and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.

Monitors target architectural processes to ensure that they are in line with business strategies and objectives.
Advises others on implementing quality assurance deliverables and estimated outcomes for target architecture.
Guides less experienced architects in the processes involved in analyzing target architecture.
