What youll build

• Be a design support for the related EPT team advocating for user needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders product designers user researchers developers and others to understand user needs and product requirements
• Conduct user research and drive solution validation e.g interviews surveys usability tests to inform design and product decisions
• Create user flows wireframes and prototypes in Figma using our SAP Fiori design system to visualize and test design concepts
• Present your ideas and solutions gather feedback and drive alignment across product and engineering stakeholders
• Align with the design lead on repressible tasks and priorities
• Proactively seeking feedback refine and reiterate on the concept
• Be able to provide at least 20 hours to the dedicated team

What you will bring

• MasterStudent (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Currently pursuing a degree in UI/UX Design Human-Computer Interaction Computer Science or a related field
• Computer skills:
  • Proficiency in design tools (Figma)
  • Experience with prototyping tools and techniques
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects
• AI tools (such as Loveable) and basic understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus
• Language skills: Proficiency in English is essential
• Soft skills:
  • Curious creative team player
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Keen attention to detail and a passion for creating excellent user experiences
  • Knowledge in Design Systems and the business process management world is a plus
• Working from Berlin office (at least 1-3 days/week) is required
