Job Summary

- Perform construction work on small projects (carpentry drywall flooring etc.)
- Support project coordination quality control and subcontractor management
- Conduct site inspections and ensure work meets all codes and standards
- Assist with project scheduling punch lists and material logistics
- Occasionally support larger projects with oversight and coordination
- Strong construction skills with experience in multiple trades
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Carpentry experience
- Bonus: experience with tile carpet roofing plumbing electrical or HVAC
- Excellent skills in rough and finish carpentry
- Proficiency in installing cabinets
- Ability to measure cut paint/finish and install trim
- Flooring experience
- Basic rough carpentry skills
- Strong problem solving and customer service skillset
- Must work well within a team environment to build each other up and be supportive.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Mitigation experience and IICRC certifications are a plus
