D&IT Solutions Manager

This role is responsible for maintaining & supporting all or a proportion of the Geographically Distributed (Virtual) team portfolio of applications working with colleagues to standardize and drive efficiency. She/Heshould broaden their technical and delivery skills using tools at their disposal including but not limited to Freedom within a Framework Data management ERP and Sales solutions. The role is responsible for ensuring that 3rd-party solution providers & external resources fulfil agreed upon commitments and contractual obligations within budgeted costs. This role may lead projects to localize and roll out of centralized systems including the detailed planning and execution of the project/changes data migration external resources and go-live. The role actively engaging with business stakeholders and D&IT partners to explore capability improvements or to ensure clear understanding of new capabilities requirements. Work with Virtual team lead to understand existing tools that can deliver needs and plan in Roadmap. Drive demand process to deliver new solutions as planned in the roadmaps. The Incumbent will actively review technology successes in JTI and external environment bringing to the attention of Business partners to explore the innovation within the virtual teams remit. While ensuring adherence to JTI D&IT and Corporate governance standards the incumbent leads and manages identified changes & projects and on occasions related teams to ensure they are executed successfully. The incumbent will at all time work in accordance with JTIs Project Manager.

What will you do responsibilities :

Capability Management: Identify and improve business solutions; leverage existing tools and promote technology reuse across regions
System Rollouts: Plan and execute multi-market rollouts collaborating with other regional teams
Freedom within a Framework: Use low-code tools (e.g. Microsoft PowerPlatform) to deliver agile short-term capabilities
Service Delivery: Ensure stable reliable and compliant IT systems; manage incidents and problem resolution
Innovation: Explore emerging technologies and propose new solutions to enhance business efficiency
Governance & Budget: Manage IT budgets ensure alignment with global standards and drive cost optimization

Requirements:

Experience: 3 years in IT including 1 in IT Business Solutions or Application Management (ideally within multinational companies and FMCG).
Technical Knowledge:
Experience in at least 2 of:
Microsoft PowerPlatform (PowerApps PowerBI PowerAutomate)
Microsoft Data Lake / Data Warehouse
Field Sales Solutions
Online Sales Loyalty and Payment Systems
Business analysis solution architecture project management supplier management
Soft Skills: Strong leadership problem-solving communication and innovation mindset; works well under pressure and across global teams
Language: Fluent English (oral and written)
