The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $113600 - $150520 Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors including performance knowledge job-related skills and experience and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&Cs annual incentive plan (AIP) subject to eligibility criteria.

As a Manager - Field Service Center youll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team. This role willbe responsible formanaging the daily operations of the service center including assisting with the scheduling of the Field Service Representatives and Engineers for commissioning testing maintenance and repairs of S&C Electric products and Manager-Field Service Center will also be responsible for the development of the team overall financials inventory and service vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the Field Service Center (Inventory shipping receiving scheduling etc.)
Manage the adherence to safety quality maintenance and testing standards.
Assistwith the schedule for the regional Field Service team.
Develop cross-functional training programs.
Identifyindividual training and skills development criteria to meet departmental needs.
Manage and issue periodicfinancialsreports for the regional center.
Track and report Key Performance Indicators.
Travel asrequiredto customer facilities / equipment sites for evaluation problem solving safety observations and negotiations.
Provide high quality service to internal and external customers.
Coach and counsel directreports;participatein establishingappropriate developmentplans.
Assistwith proposals/quotes for field services & parts requests.
Identifyand hire subcontractors as needed.
Develop andmaintaingood internal and external customer relations.
Write and conduct team member reviews.
Initiate decisionsregardinghires promotions corrective actions and terminations.
Participate in continuous improvements and other company efforts to improve productivityand orefficiencies.
Identify where work should be performed and whether it must be performed at the employers worksite.
Understand and comply with all applicable Company policies and rules.
What youll Need To Succeed:
Job Requirements (To select this job at a minimum you must have the following):
BS/BA degree or 5 years of equivalent relevant electrical medium voltage distribution experience and knowledge to perform this role.
Drivers license in good standing.
Leadership or supervision experience within an electrical utility field service environment or similar electrical medium voltage distribution experience.
Experience working with medium voltages greater than 4160V.
Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to conduct presentations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence team members as a role model in problem solving communication and team member development.
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Excellent problem-solving interpersonal and technical aptitude skills.
Physical Requirements:
Sitting: You are required to remain in a stationary position and perform desk-based duties throughout the day.
Walking: Frequently required to walk moderate distances daily.
