About the role

Were looking for a motivated Bids and Proposals Coordinator to join our growth team. The role will optimise the sales lifecycle: from lead generation and opportunity shaping to proposal and tender submission and onboarding new clients.

You will work with the growth team Partners and Senior Consultants to drive sales through the sales process covering: pipeline management; bid and proposal development; panel management; collateral development; and contract management.

Key responsibilities

• Bid / Proposal Delivery: Lead and manage the creation submission and tracking of bids ensuring alignment with company standards and deadlines.
• Collateral Management: Build and maintain a strong library of world class sales and marketing collateral.
• Panel Management: Management our engagement with customers who have us on their panels e.g. applying for new panels panel categories or panel refreshes.
• Pipeline Support: Support coordination of sales pipeline and prioritisation tracking sales activity and opportunities
• CRM Support: Maintain and optimise CRM system ensuring data is current and accurate
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all sales materials and communications are consistent with company branding working with the marketing team to maintain a unified message.
• Client onboarding: Ensuring effective onboarding and handover of new clients.

About you

You bring the following experience and skills:

• Experience: Presales / proposal writing experience with a professional services firm
• Communication and design skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong design skills for proposals
• Proactivity and time management: Manage multiple priorities efficiently ensuring deadlines are met
• Quality: Produce high quality outputs with strong attention to detail
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with the growth team Partners and Senior Consultants to develop and execute sales activity
