Shift: Day Shift 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $23/hour

Job Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)for an exciting job in Tucson AZ.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming toileting and feeding.
Measure and record vital signs including blood pressure temperature pulse and respiration.
Aid patients with mobility transfers turning repositioning and ambulation using proper safety techniques.
Support nursing staff in delivering patient care and maintaining a safe clean environment.
Monitor and report changes in patients physical or emotional condition.
Assist with meal preparation serving and monitoring dietary restrictions as instructed.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
Provide patient comfort measures including bed-making hygiene and organization of personal items.
Offer companionship emotional support and effective communication with patients.
Follow infection control protocols safety procedures and facility policies.
Transport patients to tests procedures or therapy sessions as needed.
Utilize proper body mechanics and assistive equipment such as gait belts wheelchairs and lifts.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Current BLS certification
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNA
