This Relationship Advisor will provide exceptional support to the Lead Advisors help deliver world-class financial planning and investment management services and build strong lasting relationships with our clients. You will act as a trusted resource for clients ensuring their needs are met with accuracy professionalism and care. Minimum Requirements: - Series 65 license required
- Life and Health License preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze financial data market trends and investment opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Proficiency in financial planning software CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated commitment to provide high-quality service and building strong client relationships
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment supporting senior advisors and other team members
- Strong ethical standards and decision-making abilities to uphold firms values and client trust
Responsibilities: - Client Support: Handle client inquiries via phone email and in person meetings providing timely and accurate information
- Account Management: Assist clients with account setup maintenance and troubleshooting
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain client records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products services and industry trends to better assist clients
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust
- Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements in all client interactions and documentation
- Support Lead Advisor: Assist the Lead Advisor with research preparing client reports and portfolio reviews
- Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry changes and advancements
- Feedback Collection: Gather and report client feedback to help improve services and client satisfaction
Salary: - $60k - $70k based on experience
