Leading Sports Driven Restaurant Group
Chester Montgomery and Delaware County Locations
$80-90k plus Bonus
This group is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our Chester Montgomery and Delaware County locations! As a key member of our team youll oversee all aspects of operations driving revenue growth guest satisfaction and team development.
General Manager - Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations including food and beverage events and facilities management
- Drive revenue growth through sales strategies marketing initiatives and guest experience enhancements
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team ensuring exceptional guest service and operational excellence
- Manage P&L labor costs and inventory control to optimize profitability
- Foster a positive team culture promoting employee engagement and retention
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a General Manager or similar leadership role
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and guest satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
