IT Desktop Supporter

Location: Eindhoven

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Provide remote and on-site desktop support to users across European branches.
Address and resolve issues submitted through the Morrison ticketing system in a timely manner.
Act as the first point of contact for support related to warehouse systems and devices.
Assist with the onboarding process by setting up PCs for new employees.
Support the offboarding process by ensuring proper device return and data management.
Support the rollout of new regional systems by participating in implementation and training sessions.
Ensure that all IT systems and infrastructure documentation adheres to IT ISO standards.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop user support is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in supporting O365 Outlook Teams OneDrive Windows 11 Mac OS Barcode scanners and Zebra Label printers.
Familiarity with desktop support troubleshooting and hardware/software setup.
Experience in maintaining relocating and building computer room infrastructure.
Fluency in English and Dutch both oral and written.
Willingness to travel and provide support to EU locations.
