Position: Project Administration/HR & Industrial Relations
Qualification : Graduate & above
Experience:5 - 20 years
Location : Any project location in India
Purpose :To handle Project Administration/HR & Industrial Relations matters at project sites
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Management Responsible for screening & induction of workers handling worker complaints & grievances establish workmen habitats and managing them with all basic amenities hygiene etc. organize training & development for workers.
Compliance Ensure 100% compliance to laws applicable for construction projects obtain registration / licences & statutory approvals maintain statutory records and registers filing of returns timely compliance of social security benefits such as PF/ESI/Welfare Fundetc.
Management Ensure zero disruption and smooth work progress at site by managing all stakeholders including dealing with local issues networking & liaisoning with Labour department government officials clients etc.
Site facilities including office administration transport arrangements for staff & workers security deployment housekeeping etc.
other relevant matters
Facilities: 1. Bachelor accommodation (sharing)
2. Local Transportation
3. Food at the site on the prevailing subsidized basis during their work hours is on the L&T Scope.
