We are looking for a dynamic motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team full time in Middletown PA just 10 miles SE of Harrisburg. We work with a wide range of conditions including orthopedic rehabilitation aquatic therapy post-surgical care chronic pain and sports-related injuries and were looking for someone dependable proactive and motivated to provide high-quality care while contributing positively to our clinic culture.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist with Patient education as to treatment goals exercises home programs long term functional wellness and benefits of continued therapy
- Assist PTs with therapy and Treatments (guide patients through therapeutic exercises gait training functional movement training and mobility work) and use of a variety of modalities
- Implement individualized treatment plans created by the PTs
- Documentation and Charting (timely notes in EMR)
- Communicate updates/concerns to the supervising PT to ensure safe effective care
- Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
- Monitor patient progress to ensure treatment goals are being met
- Assist with scheduling appointments as needed
- Completion of a Physical Therapy Assistant program
- PTA licensed in PA
- Full time (40 hours per week)
- $30/hour (depending on experience)
