Responsible for coordinating office workflow including scheduling patients answering and transferring phone calls transcribing letters to referral sources and other written material as deemed necessary by department supervisor. Checking referral sources for current licensure; monitors release/return of charts orders supplies as needed. Taking/typing minutes at all Rehabilitation department meetings.

Qualifications
