Job Summary
What You Bring
- 4 years of experience working in SaaS B2B customer-facing role
- Strong hands-on experience with field systems communications or instrumentation deployment
- Hands-on practical mindset able to solve complex issues in dynamic conditions
- Ability to design solutions involving hardware software and data flows
- Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills in dynamic environments
- Proven leadership and coordination skills for managing small field team
- Clear communication and customer-facing technical presentation abilities
- Independent proactive and resourceful someone who gets things done
- BSc in Engineering (Electrical Software etc.)
- Valid drivers license and comfort managing logistics and equipment transport
- Frequent international travel this is a core part of the role with approximately 60% travel required to customer sites
- Prior experience in technical field operations communications or systems engineering (military or commercial) is a plus
