Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure business processes compliance with all relevant regulatory standards AS9100 ISO9001 CAA Part21 and Part145.

• Support companys internal audit program in development execution and improvements covering all approvals from design production and maintenance.

• Carry out internal audits by effective planning and execution to monitor compliance to both elements of the management system Safety & Quality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.

• Develop and maintain regulatory training materials and manage training program such as SMS FOD Human Factors Counterfeit Training etc.

• Empower staff with knowledge on regulatory requirements and quality standards through impactful training sessions.

• Support and Lead business safety meetings (SAG) to ensure effective operation of Safety Management System.

• Ensure the effectiveness of the business Safety Management System (SMS) by diligently following up on Safety and Quality actions and reviewing corrective actions implementation.

• Lead structed problem solving initiatives to identify the true root cause and action plans verify effectiveness and sustainment through standard work.

• Lead transformative continuous improvements using lean methodologies to optimize business processes and improve SQDC outcomes and visual management.

• Ensure company quality procedures are up to date with the aviation regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Qualified Internal Auditor or certification in Quality Management.

• Working knowledge of CAA & EASA Regulations.

• Knowledge of SMS (Safety Management System) requirements.

• Working knowledge of AS9100/ISO9001 requirements.

• Experience in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems.

• Competent in IT skills business applications and their usage to processes along with MS Office applications.

• Good oral written communication presentation skills.
