Job Summary

Are you able to manage valuations for real estate portfolios individual assets land and non-performing loans Is Valuation in the Real estate sector your passion Do you like data analysis and controlling Do you value accurate reports Are you able to use with confidence all valuation methodologies (comparative simple income-based and DCF)
Who You Are
You will collaborate with the team in the analysis of the Valuation Report. Your goal will be to manage the valuation process timing and assumption.
Qualifications :
- Academic degree in architecture engineering or economics
- 3/5 years experience in RE field
- Strong interest in the Real Estate field
- Expert in evaluation process
- C1 English level - Italian mother tongue
- Familiar with Office Package especially with Excel
- Good attitude to teamwork
- Available for inspections throughout Italy
- 3/5 years reporting activity experience
