The Role
Reporting directly to our COO you will be the core of our expansion strategy. You wont just be a manager but a strategic coach tasked with maximizing the customer lifecycle and value.
Key Responsibilities
As the Sales Upsell Leader you will be primarily responsible for:
- Leading and motivating a team of Customer Expansion Specialists ensuring high performance and a quality commercial approach
- Defining the Upsell strategy across various client segments optimizing processes and minimizing the Churn rate.
- Promoting a consultative sales model helping doctors understand the value of the proposed solutions and how they can impact their business.
- Analyzing portfolio data identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Working closely with Marketing Customer Success and Product to create effective campaigns initiatives and materials.
- Monitoring weekly and monthly KPIs ensuring accurate forecasting.
Qualifications :
We are looking for
- 35 years of experience in sales / customer expansion roles (upselling inside sales account management).
- Ability to lead teams and improve performance through coaching processes and analysis.
- Experience in SaaS digital or tech environments.
- Analytical skills and familiarity with KPIs metrics and CRM (Hubspot / Salesforce).
- Professional knowledge of English language.
Nice to Have
- 12 years of experience managing goal-oriented teams focused on business objectives.
- Experience selling marketing products (e.g. Google Ads).
- Interest in the healthcare sector.
