Job Summary

The Role

Reporting directly to our COO you will be the core of our expansion strategy. You wont just be a manager but a strategic coach tasked with maximizing the customer lifecycle and value.

Key Responsibilities

As the Sales Upsell Leader you will be primarily responsible for:

  • Leading and motivating a team of Customer Expansion Specialists ensuring high performance and a quality commercial approach
  • Defining the Upsell strategy across various client segments optimizing processes and minimizing the Churn rate.
  • Promoting a consultative sales model helping doctors understand the value of the proposed solutions and how they can impact their business.
  • Analyzing portfolio data identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Working closely with Marketing Customer Success and Product to create effective campaigns initiatives and materials.
  • Monitoring weekly and monthly KPIs ensuring accurate forecasting.

Qualifications :

We are looking for

  • 35 years of experience in sales / customer expansion roles (upselling inside sales account management).
  • Ability to lead teams and improve performance through coaching processes and analysis.
  • Experience in SaaS digital or tech environments.
  • Analytical skills and familiarity with KPIs metrics and CRM (Hubspot / Salesforce).
  • Professional knowledge of English language.

Nice to Have

  • 12 years of experience managing goal-oriented teams focused on business objectives.
  • Experience selling marketing products (e.g. Google Ads).
  • Interest in the healthcare sector.
