Job Summary
Position Summary:
Proposal Developer supports the overall functions of proposal development and will provide support to Business Development Directors when required.
S/he reports to the Manager Proposal Department; works closely with the Manager Proposal Department; Eurofins Business Development Eurofins Central Laboratory (ECL) Scientific Affairs Transport and Kits and Supplies as key internal customers. Career pathway to a Proposal Developer I.
Job Requirements:
- Review clinical trials protocols and Request for Proposal (RFP) materials to develop competitive pricing strategy in conjunction with Scientific Affairs groups and Business Development.
- Assist with all functions of Central Laboratory Proposal and Budget generation providing support for all Clinical Trials Business Development Directors and their clients.
- Assist in strategy pertaining to proposal development in order to optimize proposal process.
- Liaise between Scientific Affairs groups and affiliate laboratories to obtain pricing as required.
- Ensure clear communication with internal departments and Clients as required.
- Ensure all Proposal generation for timely delivery to Business Development and/or clients; interact with clients and participate in client meetings as required.
- Assist with all areas of Central Laboratory Proposal and Budget generation including maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as required.
- Assist and mentor in training of new Proposal Developers as required.
Qualifications :
Education/Experience :
BSc/MSc or equivalent in healthcare/life sciences (laboratory or clinical services Education or experience with focus on laboratory sciences preferred) with 3 - 8 years of experience in Review of clinical trial protocols RFP Etc and preparation of proposals/ quote accordingly...
