What youll do:

1. Understand the needs of our co-innovation customers transform them into innovative concepts for products and play a hands-on role in shaping the product
2. Understand the requirements of different applications within Industries spectrum and help in design and implementation by providing the technology basis for SAP S/4HANA applications
3. Propose optimal usage of emerging technologies
4. Identifies opportunities for reuse of software parts
5. Collaborates with the developers/architects and contributes to all tasks of implementation team
6. Monitors implementation of design and/or architecture concepts
7. Consults the teams on software engineering aspects
8. Identifies improvements and innovations in development processes
9. Very good understanding of Agile practices and scrum process

What you bring:

Educational Qualification

• Major educational qualifications (Engineering majors MCA from reputed institutes).

Work Experience

• 4 years of industry ABAP experience.

Skills and Competencies:

1. Experience in being part of large-scale software development projects distributed across geographical locations with SAP technology experience in multiple business processes
2. Established role of a Developer and a track record of accomplishments
3. Sound knowledge in Cloud Software development with expert proficiency in ABAP CDS ODATA UI5/Fiori and Web Technologies.
4. Ability to handle changing priorities with sound diplomatic and negotiation skills and be a motivated role model who can operate with minimal handholding
5. Excellent analytical ability and communication skills

1. Conceptualize design and deliver high quality solutions and insightful analysis
2. Work on gathering data and requirements participate in solution scoping and architecture research and prototyping innovative models
3. Build solutions by exploring data building & validating models and deploying them to deliver maximum business impact
4. Interact with both - internal and external stakeholders
5. Handle multiple projects as an individual contributor and be a multiplier by actively mentoring other resources within the team
6. Build credibility and trust with customers and project teams during project execution
