Job Summary

Identify automation opportunities across our ERP landscape and evaluate impact on cost time and operational efficiency.
Design build and maintain workflow automations using automation tools and support the development of API services for internal data flows.
Troubleshoot integration issues monitor workflows and improve reliability through error handling and alerts.
Collaborate with HR ERP Finance and Supply Chain teams to understand process requirements and translate them into technical workflows.
Document process flows data mappings and best practices for long-term maintainability.
Contribute to the development of our automation roadmap as we scale into new tools and processes.

Qualifications :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science Engineering or another technical/analytical field.
Hands-on experience with programming language (e.g. Python or similar) with a basic understanding of APIs and data handling (SQL or simple transformations).
Exposure to automation tools (Zapier n8n or similar) and general familiarity with cloud platforms.
Interest in automation tools system integrations and willingness to learn.
Exposure to any ERP system integration platform (e.g. SAP CPI or Oracle OIC) would be beneficial.
Fluency in English.
