We provide clients with the full suite of capabilities required to provision services and drive high value sustainable transformation in their business service models.

You may be coming from either an existing HR focused role or have an established background in consulting. KPMG is experiencing significant growth in the Workforce and HR Advisory area across the country and is recruiting for a Manager in our Perth office

Your Opportunity

The Workforce and HR Advisory team helps private and public sector organisations unlock the potential within their teams and help through periods of significant transformation. We focus on high impact change in the areas of HR Strategy and Advisory Employee Experience HR Technology and Transformation. All with a single goal to help clients understand their problems and determine and deliver optimal solutions.

This role will see you engage with a range of senior stakeholders and client teams to construct appropriate strategies that span technology domains processes operating models and business problems. Activities in the role will include:

  • Design and implement structure processes and supporting infrastructure including governance capabilities systems and values to enable organisational strategy and vision;
  • Design and develop programs of activities emphasising effective leadership sponsorship and individual ownership to build demand for change generate improved business performance and mitigate risk resulting from an inability or reluctance to change;
  • Recruit develop and retain talent so current and future needs of the business are met and strategy and targets are achieved;
  • Analyse the current workforce supply identify future workforce demand and help align workforces with business strategies to define and monitor workforce plans and bridge critical gaps; and
  • Align HR and business strategy and put appropriate structure capabilities and systems in place to enable HR to deliver value to the business.

To be considered for this opportunity your qualifications skills and experience could include:

  • Significant experience or qualifications in a HR-related discipline with previous consulting experience being advantageous;
  • Proven success in providing advice around HR operating models HR/talent information systems Maturity Assessments and Benchmarking and;
  • A strong customer-centric approach with highly developed business acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and solutions.
  • Ability to develop and manage project plans to deliver Client business and commercial outcomes.
