Job Summary

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for refurbishing frac trailers and related components (including engines pumps transmissions etc.) in a shop environment to respond to customer needs in a positive caring and timely manner and to ensure maximum value for work hours for this position are from Monday through Friday 7 am to 4 pm.

Essential Functions:

Performs basic to moderate troubleshooting and diagnosing of equipment malfunctions and failures
Assists in the rebuilding repairing and maintaining of equipment and components
Must be able to plan equipment and component repairs
Must be able to complete parts orders and identify parts for return
Maintains all equipment and work areas keeps in good clean and orderly condition
Completes all documents associated with repairs promptly
Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies procedures and standards
Works overtime as required by workload and customers needs
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; e.g. ProTech Technician Training Paths
Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Diesel Technology schooling preferred
Must have a valid drivers license
Must have own tools.
Perform complex equipment assembly/disassembly correctly
Read and work from blueprints
Work alone with a limited amount of supervision
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy is required.
Must be a well-organized thoughtful and self-motivated person.
Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Must be highly organized and have excellent attention to detail.
Must have excellent attendance and work performance.
Must be self-motivated with a high commitment to completing tasks promptly.
