Description
Rate of Pay: $12.00/hr.
Status: Part-Time
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Using Spotlight Behaviors by initiating a friendly greeting to the guest as they enter the lounge and informing them of all the services provided by the 7 Stars Lounge.
- Lead the staff in the Seven Stars Lounge by setting priorities and assuring that all guests needs are met in a prompt and professional manner by coordinating with the Seven Stars front Concierge desk.
- Maintain clean working bars in compliance with property and regulatory standards.
- Must be visible at all times in the room.
- Must have the ability to engage in professional conversation and the ability to act upon requests complaints and any other situations that may occur.
- Must display knowledge of the Casinos special events and player events.
- Takes drink orders prepares and serves alcoholic beverages within 2 minutes of guests arrival and maintains complete knowledge of menus and beverage lists.
- Cap ashtrays with no more than 1 cigarette butt per ashtray.
- Busses tables in a timely manner (within 2 minutes when the guest is finished).
- Maintains the cleanliness of the lounge and bar area by coordinating with the appropriate staff designated to the room.
- Ensuring food products are of high standards in freshness and appearance. Replenish items as needed.
- Follows proper procedures in food sanitation.
- Accepts payment for orders and provide accurate change.
- Demonstrates a positive and upbeat attitude through all that occurs in and out of the lounge.
- Completes all assigned side work and stocks butler lounge pantries and bar area.
- Assists in the preparation of meals for guests.
- All other job duties as assigned.
