The Shipping and Picking Associate is expected to:
Physically pick/pack/ship for all customer orders in a fast-paced environment meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Process shipments via UPS Worldship FedEx Ship Manager DHL and USPS systems we are a systems driven business
Prepare import/export documentation in accordance with custom rules/regulations over 50% of our shipments are international
Move materials using pallet jacks and by hand up to 50 lbs
Perform Random Quality Control checks in all areas.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment exhibiting 5s practiced daily.
Report Inventory Location discrepancies to Materials & Inventory Manager.
Bring all issues (resolved or non-resolved) to Manager at time of incident.
Exhibit a strong attention to detail communication skills and accountability.
Be adaptable to new workflows and change. Embrace the concept of continuous improvement
Be open to support with various tasks and responsibilities that may fall outside the scope of regular job duties supporting overall team and organizational needs
Work overtime as required

Have good computer skills and open to learning
Focus on time accuracy and quality of work.
Prioritization based on Lead/Managers request
Be comfortable operating light equipment for material movement.
Be able to lift-up to 50 lbs.
Able to bend and reach while being on feet for long periods of time

Education and Experience Required:
High School Diploma or GED
1-5 years of warehousing experience

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associates position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $20.00 - $20.00 USD per job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
