Responsibilities
What Youll Do:
- Manage and grow an assigned territory including hospitals clinics and referral sources
- Build strong relationships with physicians case managers and social workers
- Drive brand awareness through networking community events and in-services
- Educate caregivers and patients on services and care coordination options
- Track referral data and achieve monthly goals
- Travel up to 20%
Qualifications
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or Healthcare Administration
Minimum 2 years of experience required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Prior sales marketing or healthcare experience preferred
Ability to engage key decision-makers and build strong relationships
Strong sales negotiation and customer service skills
Excellent written verbal and public speaking communication skills
Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
Goal-driven with a track record of exceeding expectations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Valid drivers license required
Physical Demands/Working Environment
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand sit walk talk hear and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard.
