The Crime Victim Liaison will insure that all victims of violent crimes are made aware of all the protections and benefits afforded them in accordance with Article 56.02 (a) of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedures. The Liaison will conduct follow - ups on reports that not been submitted by the victims. The Crime Victim Liaison will be under the direction and supervision of the Director of Crime Records Bureau.
