Were looking for a Brand Manager whos a creative thinker and organised doer. Youre a person who can take a brand vision and make sure its consistently brought to life across every touchpoint.

As Halters presence has grown in New Zealand the United States and Australia weve continued to evolve our brand. We are now at the point where we need clear ownership of our image and identity: Any customer regardless of their farm type or location should feel connected to us as a company and if you meet Halter at any event globally you should be greeted by enthusiasm and authenticity. We are revolutionising farming and we want farmers to feel connected to and proud of that journey!

Youre someone who loves the big picture but sweats the details making sure our brand shows up boldly consistently and memorably everywhere from on-farm events to online webinars. Youll have a knack for spotting creative opportunities streamlining processes and making sure the Halter brand stays sharp as we grow across multiple markets.

This role exists because our brand is scaling globally and needs a custodian to oversee it and help it thrive. Youll be the go-to for all things brand consistency working closely with marketing creative sales partnerships and product teams to make sure Halter feels like Halter no matter the channel or country.
Youll own our global brand guidelines manage sponsorship and partnership strategy from concept to activation and oversee our creative workflows.

What your day could look like

    • Guarding brand consistency and superior brand experience for our farmers/ranches across markets - partner with NZ US and AU teams to adapt assets for regional needs.
    • Bringing the brand to life in every touchpoint through genuine authenticity and keeping our farmers and ranchers at the forefront.
    • Collaborating across teams - ensuring sales customer success events and product all have the brand assets and guidance they need to deliver a consistent experience.
    • Owning and evolving our global brand guidelines- photoshoot creative direction to ensuring every asset ad activation and presentation reflects Halters tone look and feel.
    • Managing sponsorships and partnerships - from identifying opportunities to negotiating terms briefing creative and delivering activations that leave a lasting impact.
    • Driving creative processes - streamlining briefs timelines and approvals to help the marketing and creative teams produce work thats bold on-brand and on time.
    • Overseeing our merch store youll partner with regions to lead global product selection and design through to stock management launches and distribution.
    • Spotting opportunities to strengthen our brand- whether its owning the website a new partnership a creative refresh or a smarter way of working.

Who are we looking for

    • Were looking for someone who:
    • Has 5 yrs experience in brand management marketing partnerships or a related field.
    • Is a natural organiser who can keep multiple projects moving at once without dropping the ball.
    • Is comfortable owning processes end-to-end from strategy to execution.
    • Has a strong eye for design and detail. You can spot an off-brand font or colour from a mile away.
    • Can confidently work with both creative and commercial teams.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced self-directed environment where priorities shift and opportunities pop up quickly.
    • Brings ideas to the table and sees them through.
    • Bonus points for:
    • Experience in agriculture rural brands or fast-growing startups.
    • Brand activation event or sponsorship experience.
    • Familiarity with tools like Figma Canva Notion or other creative workflow platforms.
    • An eye for creative trends and a knack for keeping a brand feeling fresh without losing its core identity.
