The Position
- Engage with your customers taking high volume coffee orders ensuring each user is 100% satisfied
- Maintain coffee stocks and ensure your space is clean
- The ability to set adjust correct machine and grinder settings
- Responsible for cleaning maintenance and daily step down of machine
The Person
- Hold a valid blue card
- Were after experienced baristas (true coffee connoisseurs) who are comfortable producing high-quality coffees
- Professional presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability - happy to work on your own sometimes but play a key role in the team
- Barista Qualification
- 1 years experience as Barista
