In this role you will lead a multi-disciplinary team responsible for on-orbit logistics and ground logistics support of all hardware sustained under the ISS contract. The Manager translates the Statement of Work into annual plans ensures spares accountability oversees manifesting and shipping directs supportability planning and maintains logistics data systems. This role will coach and develop engineers and technicians drive continuous improvement in logistics processes uphold the highest standards for quality and safety and work cross-functionally with engineering. Provide regular status risk and schedule to National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and Boeing leadership
Team Leadership
Hire develop and retain high-performing staff; conduct performance reviews; promote safety quality and continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
8 years relevant experience in aerospace/logistics/sustainment
Experience translating SOW/contract requirements into annual plans schedules WBS and deliverables
Proven knowledge of spares management manifesting shipping regulations
Experience with logistics databases and data systems
Experience with relevant ISS/space sustainment guidance
Formal and/or non-formal leadership experience

Experience in engineering leadership or engineering in aerospace
Excellent communications skills verbal and written
Experience effectively communicate at all levels of management customers and partners
